Проєкт формує стриману сучасну архітектуру, побудовану на чистих геометріях, глибоких тінях і тактильності матеріалів. Концепція будинку розвивалася навколо ідеї спокійного житлового середовища, приватності та безпосереднього зв’язку інтер’єру з садом і водою. Архітура працює не через декоративність, а через пропорції, ритм, світло та матеріал.

Композиція складається з кількох зміщених горизонтальних об’ємів, які формують навіси, тераси та заглиблені простори, створюючи виразну гру світла й тіні протягом дня. Верхній об’єм сприймається легко та майже абстрактно - як чиста геометрія над відкритим першим рівнем. Нижній рівень максимально відкривається до подвір’я через великі скляні поверхні, втягуючи ландшафт у внутрішній простір будинку.

Матеріальна палітра побудована на поєднанні світлої штукатурки, вузькоформатної цегли, темних металевих елементів і теплих вертикальних вставок. Послідовне та стримане застосування цих матеріалів формує цілісний образ будинку та підкреслює його позачасовий характер. Архітектура свідомо уникає надмірної експресії та протиставляє себе типовій декоративності сучасної приміської забудови.

Будинок організований навколо внутрішнього двору з басейном, який стає головним просторовим акцентом проєкту. Основні житлові приміщення орієнтовані на сад, забезпечуючи максимальну відкритість, природне освітлення та приватність. Великі карнизні виноси працюють як архітектурний фільтр - захищають інтер’єр від перегріву, формують глибину фасадів і підсилюють горизонтальний характер композиції.

Важливою частиною концепції стала інтеграція озеленення та м’якого ландшафту в архітектуру будинку. Рослини, тіні дерев, вода та світлі поверхні формують спокійну атмосферу, близьку до сучасної північноєвропейської житлової архітектури.

Це будинок, де архітектура працює через масштаб, світло, пропорцію та атмосферу — стримано, точно й без зайвого шуму. The project creates a restrained contemporary architecture defined by pure geometries, deep shadows, and the tactile quality of materials. The concept of the house was developed around the idea of a calm residential environment, privacy, and a direct relationship between the interior, the garden, and the water. The architecture does not rely on decoration, but rather on proportion, rhythm, light, and materiality.

The composition consists of several shifted horizontal volumes that form canopies, terraces, and recessed spaces, creating a distinct interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. The upper volume appears light and almost abstract - a pure geometric form floating above the open ground level. The lower floor opens максимально toward the courtyard through large glass surfaces, drawing the landscape into the interior spaces of the house.

The material palette is based on the combination of light mineral plaster, narrow-format brick, dark metal elements, and warm vertical timber accents. The consistent and restrained application of these materials creates a cohesive architectural identity and reinforces the timeless character of the house. The architecture deliberately avoids excessive expression and stands in contrast to the decorative nature of much of the surrounding suburban development.

The house is organized around an inner courtyard with a swimming pool, which becomes the main spatial focus of the project. The primary living spaces are oriented toward the garden, providing openness, natural light, and privacy. Large cantilevered overhangs act as architectural filters - protecting the interiors from overheating, adding depth to the façades, and emphasizing the horizontal character of the composition.

An important part of the concept was the integration of landscape and soft greenery into the architecture itself. Vegetation, tree shadows, water, and light mineral surfaces create a calm atmosphere closely connected to contemporary Northern European residential architecture.
